There are various session options available for your child dependant on what you are looking for. We can offer a level of flexibility and work with you where possible. Due to having both Daycare and the Early Years Unit we have a wide range of sessions available, including accessing both sites . School Street Early Years Unit:

Accessing the 15 hours Early Education and Care Funding:

• 8.50am-11.50am Monday-Friday, term time only (Nil cost)

Daycare:

Accessing the 2 year old Early Education and Care Funding (benefits eligibility):

• Various session times available. Places are subject to a sundries charge as below:

Accessing the 15 & 30 hours Early Education and Care Funding (all 3 & 4 year olds & working families eligibility 2 year olds):

Accessing Fee paying sessions 2, 3 & 4 year olds:

8am-6pm £50 per day including Breakfast, Lunch**, Snacks and Tea

8am-1pm £26.50 per day including Breakfast and Lunch**

1pm-6pm £26.50 per day including Snack and Tea.

Hourly rate (when booked long term, only available as wrap around funding) £5

Extended opening hours 7.30am-8am £2.50

*Prices around funded hours are a set surcharge which include meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day. Prices also include enhanced curriculum and consumables such as trips and outings, food technology (not an extensive list), we will also be providing sun cream.  Only reductions available are £2.40 if you opt to provide your child with a packed lunch.

**All costings (fee paying or funded) can be reduced by £2.40 per day if providing your child with a packed lunch (only applied to those accessing a session over lunch)

Prices do not include nappies, wipes and nappy cream, these must be provided by yourself. 

Late Collection

It is required that all children are collected promptly after each session. We understand there may be times when you are running late. However, if parents are continually late in picking up their child, a late payment fee of £25 may be charged at the discretion of the management team. This will be raised on your following monthly invoice.

Late Payment Fee 

From 1^st September 2024 we will also be changing our late payment charges. Invoices will be raised and distributed by the 15^th of each month in advance for the following month. All payments are to be made within 15 days of the invoice date and no later than the 1^st of the month. A late payment charge of £25 will be applied to payments received after this period. If payment is not made within an additional 14 days, the child’s place at the setting may be withdrawn.

Please note tax free childcare scheme and voucher payments can take between 3-5 working days to clear in our account, please ensure you are giving enough time for this to avoid late payment fees.
